Here’s a super tasty and quick & easy to make anti-inflammatory breakfast or anytime meal/snack. Here’s all you need to do to try it for yourself:
On stove top prepare single serving of GF steel cut oats with water. Add aprx 1/4tsp of turmeric (start w less and then add more) ghee and salt to taste. Optional: add raw honey or other natural sweetener, fruit, nuts etc.
A simple way to get both color and flavor from turmeric while getting rid of its raw taste is to heat the ghee and then add turmeric to it. If you do it this way, even a large pinch of turmeric will give you great taste and color. ๐

Welcome. Here is a recipe you could try.
Heat ghee. If you have cumin add some to the ghee. Add grated ginger, turmeric, peas, and chopped tomatoes. Add salt and let it cook til the tomatoes soften. Add cooked oats. Mix well.
